These Terms apply to all sponsors, exhibitors, partners, and participating organizations.

Participation is subject to prior review and written approval. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Approval is based on relevance, category balance, and alignment with the platform’s intent. The Organizer reserves full discretion to accept or reject applications.

Bizz Consortium is a curated business platform, not a mass exhibition. Participation is intended for professional and decision-focused engagement. The Organizer does not guarantee leads, visibility metrics, partnerships, or business outcomes. All interactions occur at the participant’s discretion and risk.

Package details, booth placement, and visibility elements are defined by selected tiers and subject to availability. The Organizer may adjust allocations for operational reasons. Sub-leasing, sharing, or transferring space or benefits without written consent is prohibited.

Full payment is required within communicated timelines. Participation is confirmed only after payment. All payments are non-refundable under all circumstances. Taxes and statutory charges, if applicable, are the participant’s responsibility.

The Organizer may modify dates, venue, or format if required. In force majeure situations, including regulatory restrictions or events beyond control, no compensation or refunds are applicable.

Participants grant permission for the use of logos and brand names for platform communication. Event photography and recordings remain the Organizer’s property. Participants consent to reasonable use of such content

Professional conduct is mandatory. Misrepresentation, aggressive selling, harassment, or disruption may result in removal without refund.

Participants are responsible for their own materials, staff conduct, legal compliance, and insurance. The Organizer’s liability is limited to fees received.

Participant data is used for platform operations and communication. Confidentiality between participants is not guaranteed.

These Terms may be updated as required. Indian law applies, with jurisdiction in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
