These Visitor Terms & Conditions apply to all individuals attending Bizz Consortium as visitors, ticket holders, or invitees. By registering, purchasing a ticket, or entering the venue, the visitor agrees to these Terms.
Bizz Consortium is a curated real estate and business platform created to support understanding, structured interaction, and clarity in decision-making. It is not a sales exhibition, property mela, or promotional fair. Attendance does not create any obligation to buy, invest, or enter into transactions. Visitors may explore, ask questions, observe, or disengage freely.
The Organizer does not sell, promote, recommend, or endorse any project, developer, product, or service presented at the platform. Information shared by exhibitors, speakers, or participants is for general understanding only. Visitors are solely responsible for their own due diligence, verification, and independent judgment before making any financial, legal, or investment decisions.
While reasonable care is taken to curate participants and maintain a credible environment, the Organizer does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, legality, or future performance of any third-party information or representation. The Organizer shall not be responsible for losses, disputes, delays, or outcomes arising from interactions between visitors and participants.
Tickets and registrations are non-transferable unless stated otherwise. Entry is subject to valid registration, identity verification if required, and compliance with venue and platform rules. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any visitor whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the platform’s intent, without refund.
Visitors are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. Aggressive solicitation, recording private conversations without consent, misuse of participant information, or disruption of platform activities is prohibited. Photography or videography may be restricted in certain areas to protect privacy and confidentiality
The venue may be photographed or recorded for official documentation and communication. By attending, visitors consent to the reasonable use of their likeness without compensation. Visitors who prefer not to be photographed should inform event staff.
The Organizer is not liable for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Visitors attend at their own risk and are responsible for personal safety. The platform does not provide legal, financial, or investment advice.
Schedules, sessions, and speaker participation may change due to operational or unforeseen reasons. Such changes do not entitle visitors to refunds or compensation. In case of postponement or cancellation due to force majeure, updates will be shared through official channels and handled as per applicable policy.
